As part of the city wide celebrations to welcome the Year of the Ox the Scottish Confucius Institute for Business and Communication gave away some homemade dumplings and fortune cookies to all the students who are resident on campus.
There was a choice of dumplings available, meat and vegetarian, all neatly packaged in takeaway boxes ready to be taken home and microwaved, steamed or fry-steam-fry them. Don’t worry if you missed out the last time we are delighted to be able to say that we are repeating the opportunity, so come along to the Residence Life Hub on Christina Milller West, on Friday 26th February between 2pm and 8pm to collect your dumplings and fortune cookies. The full ingredients for the dumplings and fortune cookies will be listed on the packaging. Please read the ingredients carefully if you have any dietary requirements.
